Promote, cross sell and service a full range of financial products and services with a strong emphasis on meeting customer needs. Promote, friendly, courteous and accurate service.
Responsibilities:
- Sell, promote and explain all products and services offered through the financial center.
- Work Proactively toward meeting and exceeding sales goals; cross sell products and services with emphasis on establishing multiple account relationships with clients.
- Proactively contact prospects of the financial institutions. Using various contact methods: Letters, Phone Calling and Referal Sources.
- Maintain prescribed security controls to protect the financial institution against criminal and fraudulent activity.
- Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall operation and profitability of the financial center.
- Identify consumer investment needs and meet those needs in accordance with regulatory requirements, while assuring the customers best interests are kept in mind.
